Alicia’s practice is focused on a broad range of commercial real estate and other business matters related to the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and management of retail, multifamily, office, industrial, and warehousing projects.

 

Alicia represents investment management firms, private equity funds, institutional investors, small business owners, and high net worth individuals during all phases of complex real estate and joint venture transactions. She has experience with corporate governance matters and the organizational structuring of joint ventures and other ownership vehicles for investment in real estate.

 

Additionally, Alicia represents landlords and tenants in leasing transactions of all sizes and complexity commercial, shopping center, service retail, office, and industrial leasing transactions of all sizes and complexity.

 

Alicia received her J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where she was active in the Corporate Law Society and served on the board of the Real Estate Law Society. Prior to graduating from Villanova, she earned her B.S. in Business Administration, cum laude, from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business. 

 

Alicia is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
