Liz graduated from the Temple University Beasley School of Law in 1992 and has been practicing as a transactional real estate attorney in the Philadelphia suburbs for over twenty-five years. She has represented real estate developers, asset managers and real estate investment trusts in connection with all types of real estate projects, including office, retail and hotel, and has assisted in the lease negotiations and development of a variety of shopping centers and shopping malls. 

In addition to representing Landlords, Liz has also worked for national tenants in both an in-house role as well as independently, assisting them in expanding and opening locations throughout the country as well as downsizing their portfolio. She is focused on getting the deal done, without compromising her clients’ interests. Whether Liz is negotiating on behalf of a Tenant or a Landlord, is developing and leasing an entire shopping center or helping a Tenant to grow on a national level, she understands what it takes to achieve her clients’ goals and work with them through execution and beyond.
