Ms. Harchut graduated from St. Joseph’s University, summa cum laude, with a B.A. degree in Economics. She received her J.D. degree from Villanova University School of Law, cum laude, where she served as Case and Comment Editor of the Villanova Law Review and was a member of the Order of the Coif honor society. Ms. Harchut was an associate in the real estate department at Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads LLP, and then at Dechert, LLP.  More recently, Ms. Harchut assisted the corporate real estate department of The DuPont Company, and its spin-off The Chemours Company, with the acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing of real estate.  Ms. Harchut is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
