Danielle brings over twenty years of real estate experience to Ferro Steele LLC. Her practice is focused on representing real estate investment firms, small businesses, investors, corporate clients, borrowers, lenders, sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants on all phases of real estate transactions – from acquisition, operation and management, to disposition. She is experienced in all facets of residential and commercial real estate transactions, including sales, investments, joint ventures, legal due diligence and acquisition, property management and leasing, structured finance, leasing, title and survey analysis, and acquisitions. Prior to joining Ferro Steele LLC, Danielle successfully owned and operated her own Real Estate Development and Management company for many years, and prior to that, she worked as an Attorney in the real estate practice groups of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, Ledgewood, P.C., and Reed Smith LLP.

 

Danielle is a native Philadelphian. She personally owns and manages many properties in and around the Philadelphia area and she is actively involved in her community, having served as a Board Director for Breastcancer.org and a Board Member of Montgomery Early Learning Centers. Danielle resides in Moorestown, NJ with her husband and four children.

 

Danielle earned her Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Psychology and Spanish from Saint Joseph’s University, graduating with honors; and her Juris Doctorate from Villanova University School of Law, where she served as a Member of the Villanova Law Review and Managing Editor of the Lat/Crit Symposium. She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey.
