Meredith brings over 10 years of real estate experience to Ferro Steele LLC.  She has represented national and international public and private companies in various real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing transactions, financing transactions, development transactions and corporate mergers. She is also experienced in representing landlords and tenants in the negotiation of commercial, retail and industrial leases and build-to-suit leases and subleases and borrowers and lenders in connection with financing transactions.

 

Prior to joining Ferro Steele LLC, Meredith was an attorney with Morgan Lewis  LLP, and prior to that she was a certified public accountant with KPMG and Arthur Andersen.  Meredith earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Villanova University, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and her Juris Doctorate/MBA from Temple University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude, and was research editor of Temple Law Review.
