Mrs. Anderson began her career at Morgan Lewis, where she drafted, negotiated and reviewed commercial and residential purchase and sale agreements, leases and other contracts as an associate in the firm’s real estate practice group. She also worked as an associate at Dechert, where she drafted and negotiated real estate finance agreements, involving mortgage loan origination, acquisition and disposition. While at Dechert, Mrs. Anderson spearheaded diversity and inclusion efforts as the Chair of the Diverse Associates Group for minority lawyers in Dechert’s Philadelphia office.

 

Before joining Ferro Steele LLC, Mrs. Anderson worked as an associate counsel at Comcast, where she negotiated agreements with multi-dwelling unit property owners, including apartment building landlords, universities, and homeowners’ associations.

 

Mrs. Anderson earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Yale University and a master’s degree in Education from the University of Pennsylvania, before earning her Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School in 2017.  Prior to law school, Mrs. Anderson served as a Teach for America corps member and taught secondary English and Social Studies at Sankofa Freedom Academy Charter School. 

 

Mrs. Anderson is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and resides in Philadelphia with her husband and son.
